It was my mother’s wish for her ashes to be interred under a tree in a wood. Dalton fit the bill perfectly with its mix of young and mature trees. Moss is growing on rockes and the atmosphere is peaceful, almost enchanted. I found the service excellent – just the right level of support without being intrusive. Very happy with our choice indeed

It is a very peaceful way to have a burial in a beautiful woodland and not at all corporate – it is much kinder. It was the perfect spot for my beloved husband who loved nature, walking, limestone scenery and trees. It was lovely to be natural and non-religious. I feel it was such a peaceful place and I was well supported by Francis. the support from him and information was so helpful. I feel that in the darkest moments these woodlands created such a beam of light and brightness which was extremely comforting as the sun was shining so magically through the treetops down onto the grave and my husband.
